grid and key.
What you will need
- 26 x 16cm 14-count Aida evenweave fabric
- DMC 6-stranded embroidery thread in the following colours:
- BLANC - White
- 310 - Black
- 311 - Navy Blue Medium
- 648 - Beaver Grey Light
- 666 - Christmas Red Light
- 726 - Topaz Light
- 3031 - Mocha Brown Very Dark
- 3032 - Mocha Brown Medium
- 3051 - Green Grey Dark
- 3053 - Green Grey
- 3747 - Blue Violet Very Light
Important information
- The arrows on the graph indicate the centre of the design. Use these as a guide in determining
the position of your first stitch.
- Cross-stitch is worked with two strands of thread, over one block of fabric. Make sure that
all crosses lie in the same direction.
- Backstitch is worked with one strand of thread, over one block of fabric.
- French-knots, indicated by a dot, are worked in 310, with one strand of thread.
